TTPD will ship anywhere in the USA using UPS. The preferred method of shipping for TTPD is UPS ground unless otherwise specified. All shipping pricing applies to the 48 contiguous states. For Puerto Rico, the Caribbean, Hawaii, and Alaska and Canada please contact us to obtain exact shipping costs. All products sold outside the the 48 contiguous states will be shipped according to US export laws. If any equipment is shipped outside the US, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay all dues and fees in the destination country. All shipping charges are based on weight and size. Bulky items will incur extra charges. If you have any questions please contact us at 407-854-8602. Shipping will be 24 to 48 hours after order is placed, depending of availability.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Return policy is set to seven days from the day of purchase. No returns on electrical parts. Returned merchandise must be returned according to instructions on your invoice, including all original packaging, paperwork, and properly packed to avoid damage. Returns are subject to a store credit, refund of money in the form of a gift card, or 15% restocking fee. Credits or exchanges cannot be issued for improperly packed items. Items that are returned damaged or incomplete may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on used, painted, customized, or special order items, so please order carefully and pre-fit parts before painting. All shipping charges are paid by the customer. All warranties on parts are limited to the manufacturer's warranty and conditions.
